Chevrolet Colorado Rally Concept debuts at Buenos Aires Motor Show

Earlier this year, General Motors unveiled the new Chevrolet Colorado Concept, which will go on sale in Thailand later this year. The company has now unveiled the Chevrolet Colorado Rally Concept at the 2011 International Motor Show in Buenos Aires.

“The Concept Rally Colorado, once again demonstrates that the DNA of competition is in the blood of Chevrolet. One of these characteristics Concept reaffirms our commitment to the future of the brand and also part of the centennial celebration of Chevrolet around the world, “said Jaime Ardila, president of GM South America.

The Chevrolet Colorado Rally Concept is based on the pickup double cabin with four-wheel-drive and 18-inch aluminum rims wrapped in 305/60 R18 tires. Power for the Colorado Rally Concept comes from an efficient 2.8-liter turbodiesel engine that delivers excellent torque for this car rally

بالصور.. شركة شيفروليه تكشف عن "كولورادو رالي"! 

كشفت شركة "شيفروليه" التابعة لمجموعة "جنرال موتورز" الأمريكية عن طراز اختباري جديد من فئة "البيك أب" تحت مسمى "كولورادو رالي"، وذلك خلال معرض بوينس آيرس الدولي للسيارات.

وزودت شركة شيفرولية "كولورادو" المتخصص في السيارات، بنظام دفع رباعي بجانب جنوط 18 بوصة من الألومنيوم وهي ملفوفة في اطارات 350 / 60 أر 18. ويوجد في موديل "كولورادو" محرك توربو ديزل بسعة 2.8 لتر، ونظام تعليق قابل للتعديل، وارتفاع 140 ملم لامتصاص الصدمات، ورافعة بقوة 5.5 حصان بالاضافة إلى كابلات بطول 23 مترا وقدرات جر تبلغ أربع أطنان.

It seems a lot more practical right? Inspired by the 1940s Volkswagen Type 166, designer Sebastian Toddenroth came up with this amphibious Volkswagen Beach Rescue rover to make lifeguards’ jobs a tad easier and rescues a lot quicker

What are you predictions for the iPhone 5? I heard someplace that a curved display was in the making and attention was being given to the antenna issues. Designer Michal Bonikowski feels that the new version will be safe and predictable, simply because Apple can’t afford another failed version. In his conceptual version Michal converts glass enclosure into proven aluminum; steel frame remains as a reference to the previous version and directly to the iPad 2. أشارت مصادر متخصصة على شبكة الإنترنت إلى قيام شركة آبل بإضافة كل من فوكسكون للالكترونيات، فوكس لينك، جولد سيركيت للالكترونيات وإبيستار كشركات موردة لمكونات أجهزة آي فون 5، ولكنها ذكرت أيضًا أنه من المقرر إطلاق الجهاز الجديد خلال فصل الصيف المقبل.

آي فون 5 أسرع كثيراً:
ومن المتوقع أن يعمل الجهاز على وحدة المعالجة المركزية A5 الجديدة، المبنية على معمارية ARM's Cortex A9. وسيزيد المعالج متعدد النواة من سرعة عمل الجهاز بشكل كبير. ومن المرجح أيضًا أن تقوم آبل بتزويد الجهاز بمعالج SGX543 ثنائي النواة للرسوميات. وهذا يعني إمكانية تصوير فيديو بجودة 1,080p، وجودة عالية لتقنية HDMI. بالإضافة إلى كل ذلك سيدعم جهاز الآي فون ميزة جديدة سيتم تشغيلها من خلال النسخة التجريبية الثانية لنظام التشغيل iOS 4.3. وهي ميزة Media Stream التي تمثل أولى خطوات آبل نحو الشبكات الاجتماعية.

من ناحية أخرى سيدعم الجهاز تقنية NFC (التفاعل مع الأجسام المحيطة)، حيث أن Benjamin Vigier المدير التجاري الجديد لشركة آبل لديه خبرة هائلة في مجال تقنية التفاعل مع الأجسام المحيطة ووعد بأن آي فون 5 سيحول هاتفك إلى محفظة تحتوي على العديد من الأدوات، حيث سيقوم بدور الدفع ويعمل كمفتاح للباب وما إلى ذلك.

ونتطلع أيضًا إلى التقاط الصور والفيديو بشكل أفضل، كما أنه من المرجح إدخال تحسينات على خاصية الفلاش والتصميم الخارجي للهوائي في الجيل الجديد من هواتف آبل الذكية. فضلًا عن وجود نوع من الاتصال بين جهاز الآي فون 5 وأجهزة ماك من خلال نظام تشغيل Mac OS X Lion .

وهو الأمر الذي لا يعتبر سيئًا بالنسبة لجهاز بدأ إطلاقه ودخوله إلى هذه الصناعة المخضرمة منذ 2007 فقط. وهناك احتمال أن يدعم آي فون 5 الألعاب ثلاثية الأبعاد من نينتيندو. وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن الجهاز قد أصبح قيد الاختبار بالفعل من قبل بعض كبار العاملين داخل شركة آبل.

ويقول سام كوكا أحد مدراء شركة "مرسي سلوتر" الأسترالية أنه بمجرد ذكر الله تهدأ الماشية وتستسلم بكل ثقة لصاحبها، عكس ما يدعيه البعض بقولهم أن الذبح ليس رحيما، ويعتبرون صعق الأغنام قبل ذبحها هو الأرحم لعدم شعورها بالألم. يشار إلى أن الطريقة الغربية في الذبح تؤدي إلى تجمع الدم في جسم الشاة وهذا النوع من اللحوم محرم على المسلمين.

As expected, the Nokia N9 was officially announced today at Nokia Connection in Singapore. The MeeGo device features a 3.9-inch AMOLED Gorilla Glass screen, 8MP Carl Zeiss wide-angle camera with dual LED flash, 16GB or 64GB storage, and more. Photos and video after the jump.

The body of the Nokia N9 is made from unibody polycarbonate material. There are no front-facing buttons at all. You unlock the phone by just double-tapping the screen. The Nokia N9 has the latest Nokia Maps with free, voice-guided turn-by-turn navigation for walking and driving. It will also be NFC-enabled. الحجم: 116.4*61.2*7.6 مليمتر، ويصل في أسمك جزء فيه إلى 12.1 مليمتر!
رائع سمك 7.6 فقط! يمكن إعتباره أقل الهواتف سمكا!!
الوزن: يزن 135 جرام!
وزن مناسب ليس ثقيلا وليس خفيفا لدرجة تشعرك بأنه شئ رخيص!
المساحة الداخلية: يأتي بنسختين 16 و 64 جيجا!
المعالج: يأتي الجهاز بمعالج ARM Cortex-A8 OMAP3630 بسرعة 1 جيجاهرتز وبمعالج رسوميات PowerVR SGX530.

قليل المعالج وقديم ،، لكن يبدو أن الواجهة والنظام يعملان عليه بشكل ممتاز!
الذاكرة العشوائية: يحتوي الجهاز على RAM سعة 1 جيجابايت ،، لذلك المالتي تاسكنج ليس بمشكلة أبدا على هذا الجهاز!
الشاشة: وهنا أحد الإبتكارات الجديدة في الجهاز ،، حيث يأتي بشاشة بقياس "3.9 بدقة 854*480 بكسل من نوع AMOLED لكنها من نوع جديد أطلقت عليه 2.5D Curved Display وكما ترون في الصور فالشاشة مقوسة من الجانبين بشكل غريب! وهي من نوع Gorilla Glass المقاوم للخدوش والصدمات! كما أيضا أنه لا يوجد مسافة هواء بين الزجاج والشاشة وتمت تغطيتها بطبقة عاكسة [وأتوقع أنها CBD] لذلك هذه الشاشة تحت الشمس ستكون رائعة!
الحساسات: حساس حركة Accelerometer وحساس قرب Proximity Sensor وحساس ضوء Ambient Light Sensor ،، وأيضا يحتوي على بوصلة.
الاتصال: يحتوي الجهاز على كل ما يلزم للاتصال! حيث يحتوي على WiFi a/b/g/n ،، شريحة NFC ،، GSM و 3G ،، لكنه يستخدم MicroSIM مثل iPhone 4! والجهاز به دعم DLNA. كما أنه أيضا يحتوي على Bluetooth 4.0 وهو أول مرة يستخدم في الهواتف!
الكاميرا: الخلفية 8 ميجابكسل بـ Auto Focus وقادرة على تصوير فيديو بدقة 720p بسرعة 30 فريم في الثانية!
ويحتوي على كاميرا أمامية أسفل الشاشة!
البطارية: البطارية سعتها 1450 ملي أمبير في الساعة ،، وتدوم لمدة 50 ساعة موسيقى، أو 4 ساعات ونصف تشغيل فيديو HD أو من 7 لـ 11 ساعة تحدث!
النظام: وهذا ثاني الإبتكارات هنا ،، حيث يعمل الجهاز بنظام MeeGo 1.2 Harmattan ،، وهو بواجهة جديدة تدعى swipe ،، حيث أن التعامل مع الواجهة يتم بمجرد حركة بسيطة! تحريك اصبعك على الشاشة! فقط!
التحويل من تطبيق لتطبيق، الذهاب إلى المالتي تاسكنج ،، الدخول من Notifications في صفحة القفل مباشرة لتطبيقها المناسب ،، عمل أي شئ تقريبا في الواجهة باستخدام simple swipe!
تبدو مثيرة للاهتمام أتوق لتجربتها!
النظام يدعم تطبقات Qt ويبدو من الفيديو أن الواجهة جميلة جدا!!
والصفحة الرئيسية تتكون من ثلاثة صفحات ،، التطبيقات، والماتلي تاسكنج ،، وصفحة Events وهي تجمع لك كل الأحداث في مكان واحد ،، تحديثات الـ Facebook و Twitter والـ RSS ،، كما أنها أيضا مدموجة في قائمة الأسماء ويمكنك الإطلاع على تحديثات أصدقائك منها أيضا!
الصوت: الجهاز يحتوي على سماعتين ستيريو وبدعم Dolby Digital و Dolby Headphone ليخرج لك صوتا نقيا من الجهاز وفي السماعات أيضا، وهذه أيضا أول مرة تستخدم في جهاز محمول. ويحتوي أيضا على منفذ "3.5 للسماعات.
خامة الصنع: الجهاز مصنوع كله من مادة قوية تسمى Polycarbonate ومن قطعة واحدة واللون متغلغل في المادة نفسها ،، يعني حتى الخدوش والتجريحات لن تظهر عليه أو ستمحي اللون ليظهر لون آخر تحته لأنه لا يوجد لون آخر تحته!
الألوان: الجهاز سيتوفر بثلاث ألوان هي: أسود ،، وردي ،، و أزرق نيلي!
