2013 Volkswagen CC Makes its Debut At The Los Angeles Auto Show

Undoubtedly,the big story we have seen from Volkswagen this year was the launch of theirall new, American built 2012 Passat. Now that 2011 is coming to a close,Volkswagen has made another announcement, showing off some new updates for thePassat’s system, the CC, which is going to be making its official debut at theLos Angeles Auto Show later this month. Needless to say, we are excited to hearabout the new updates, and want to see what is going on over at Volkwagen. Asfor the 2013 CC, it is going to be benefitting from a refreshed front and rearfascia, which is more like the styling we have seen on the larger Passat sedanmodel. Now, coming as standard equipment is bi-xenon headlights with LEDrunning lamps, which is part of the CC’s new nose that will be incorporating anew grill and a lower fascia. On the back end of the car, we have also foundsome other updates. Now, the tail lights have been redesigned so that theylooks more like the new units which can be found on the Jetta and the Passat.

Unfortunately,Volkswagen has not released any information as of yet about the powertrain orinterior upgrades, but we do not have high expectations of seeing many changesto those, anyway. There was one photo released of the interior, and it lookspretty much identical to the current model. However, we not going to be rulingout some packaging or color combination changes. We will be greeted with moredetails after the LA auto show coming up later this month, so definitely staytuned if you want more information about the all new CC.
